We hope that you’ll love what you order, but if something isn’t quite right you can return it back to us for an exchange or refund.

To return or exchange your Mappa merch purchase, please reach out to us at hello@mappaoutdoor.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs. In order for returns to be accepted, products must be in a new, unworn condition. Returns will be processed within 5-7 days of the item arriving back at the Mappa facility.

EVENTS

Due to the nature of our events and limited ticket availability, refunds for experiences will only be considered with 7 or more days notice of the event date. Ticket refunds incur a 2.5% fee to cover processing expenses. Please reach out to hello@mappaoutdoor.com for a refund.
